I sent personal documents overseas and they declared it as a gift, forcing me to pay customs charges!

I was refused service after my parcel label had already been printed, as they claimed I should have paid more because the dimensions were too large. He embarrassed me in front of many people… I went to the nearest post office, where they sent it right away without causing any trouble….
The guy who served me had an unprofessional attitude. He left me standing at the counter while I was double checking the dimensions on my phone and went to serve another person on the other side of the shop. Very rude and inappropriate behaviour. He basically wanted me to move out of the way and leave the shop quickly so he could serve the next customer
